1. Independence from PEBC
MapleRxPrep is an independent educational resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, reviewed or approved by the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC) or any pharmacy regulatory authority.
The names “PEBC”, “Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada” and “Qualifying Examination” are used only to describe the examination our materials help candidates prepare for. All names and marks belong to their respective owners.
For official exam rules, dates, eligibility and policies, always refer to PEBC’s official website.
2. Respect for exam confidentiality
Our explanations and questions are prepared in light of PEBC’s publicly available guidance (such as published competencies, exam outlines and preparation resources) and official Canadian clinical sources.
We do not access, collect, buy, request, accept, imitate or reproduce actual examination questions, whether live, retired or recalled by candidates. Any such material sent to us is deleted without being read or used.
We ask every learner to respect the confidentiality agreement they accept when sitting the exam.
3. Originality of our content
All text, questions, explanations, charts, memory tricks, layouts and designs are written and created by the MapleRxPrep Team.
We do not copy, translate, closely paraphrase or repackage content from PEBC, review courses, textbooks, question banks or any other provider. Clinical facts are drawn from public sources such as Health Canada product monographs and Canadian practice guidelines, which we cite, and are expressed entirely in our own words.
If you believe anything on this site uses your work, email us and we will review it promptly and remove it where appropriate.
4. Copyright, prohibited use and enforcement

Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, quote at length, translate, adapt, closely paraphrase, rewrite into a substantially similar work, resell, redistribute, upload, post in groups or file-sharing services, scrape, or use our content to build question banks, courses or study materials, or to train AI systems.
Enforcement. Anyone who copies or reproduces our work without permission infringes our rights and may be held legally responsible. 5. No guarantee of results
Our materials support your preparation. They do not guarantee a pass, a score or any outcome, and they do not replace PEBC’s official resources.
We review every file carefully, but guidelines change. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it.

7. Payments and refund policy
Try before you buy. A complete topic (study guide and 30 practice questions) is available free on this site, so you can judge the style and quality before paying.
All sales are final once the files are delivered. Because our materials are digital and are delivered in full by email, we do not offer refunds after delivery, including for change of mind or exam results.
We will refund in full if:
- you were charged twice for the same purchase;
- your files are not delivered within 72 hours of payment and you have contacted us; or
- a file is damaged or will not open and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report.
To request a refund, email maplerxprep@proton.me within 14 days of payment with your name and payment details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and are charged once. Your access is a personal licence for one learner, as described in section 4. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
